MLC Tennis Hot Shots Challenge
The MLC Tennis Hotshots Challenge is an exciting on-court event for children under 12 years of age. It is the ideal introduction to playing tennis and provides children with the opportunity to participate in a fun competition in an encouraging environment. All children of all skill levels are invited to participate. During the 2010 April school holidays MLC Tennis Hot Shot providers throughout the ACT held challenge events at their centres. Overall around Canberra we had 280 participants involved with all kids having a great time and loving the experience of playing the game. The Rising Star Tennis Academy The Rising Star Tennis Academy hosted another MLC Hot Shots Coloured Ball Challenge through the 2010 April school holidays, promoting a fun, yet competitive way to play the game of tennis. The event, held at the Old Parliament House Gardens Tennis Centre, was well represented by 65 participants of a red, orange and green court standard. Sunshine, smiles and some super modified tennis was the order of the day and everyone walked away with a positive competition experience as well as a bag full of cool prizes and giveaways. The next RSTA Hot Shots Coloured Ball Challenge will be held on Friday 9th July 2010, 12:00pm - 3:00pm at the Old Parliament House Gardens Tennis Centre.
